FINGER PRINTING CEASES AT HAAF:
Fingerprinting on Hunter Army Airfield will be shut down until further notice.   We cannot transmit fingerprints at this time.  We are working on getting eWEBB as quickly as we can.  This change of systems will not allow us to transfer fingerprints from the system we currently have.  Once we are up and transmitting on eWEBB, persons will be notified. RESCHEDULED SIMULATIONS:
The rollover simulator and golf cart driving with goggles originally scheduled for today has been rescheduled to Dec. 17 for the following times: 9:30-10 a.m.; 10:15-1045 a.m.; 11-11:30 a.m.; 1:15-1:45 p.m. and 2-2:30 p.m. For more information, call (912) 767-1146.

HAAF RUN, Wednesday:
The 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade (3D CAB) will be conducting a Brigade Physical Training (PT) Run Wednesday from 3-4 p.m. The run will start on the HAAF Airfield flight line then onto North Lightning Road due West toward Truscott Air Terminal. Motorist are encourage to avoid the intersections of Leonard Neal Street, Billy Mitchell Avenue and Stephen Douglas Street where they intersect at Lightning Road to avoid congestion. SUPPLY CLOSURE, Wednesday-Friday:
The Fort Stewart Supply Support Activity will be closed Wednesday-Friday to perform an annual wall to wall inventory.  Only emergency walk through's will be processed during this time.  Fort Stewart SSA POC is Mr. Kary Jenkins at (912) 435-0321.


SHIPPING OFFICE CLOSURE, Thursday:
The Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield Personal Property Shipping Offices will be closed Thursday starting at 11:30 a.m. and will re-open with normal business hours Friday. For emergencies individuals may call 767-4211.

GARRISON COMMANDER SUPERVISORY TRAINING-HAAF, Today:
The Garrison Commander will conduct mandatory training for all Garrison Civilian Supervisors and those in uniform that supervise Garrison Civilians, AF and NAF today from 1-2 p.m. at the HAAF ACS building 1286.  A make-up session will be held Thursday from 9-10 a.m. at the HAAF ACS building 1286. TAX CENTERS FOR FORT STEWART AND HUNTER ARMY AIRFIELD, Jan. 29:
Tax season is almost here! The Marne Tax Centers at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield will be open Jan. 29-April 30. Tax Preparers will be available to assist Solders, Family Members, and Retirees from 8:45 a.m.-4 p.m., Monday through Friday. Full service assistance for walk-in or drop-off returns. FORT STEWART SPOUSE COMPETES FOR TOP SPOT IN OPERATION RISING STAR:
Celeste Betton, wife of Staff Sgt. Kevin L. Betton Jr., a Fort Stewart Chaplain’s Assistant, is one of six finalists competing for the top prize in this year’s Army-wide Operation Rising Star competition. Tonight is the second of the finalists’ four performances before live audiences at the Fort Sam Houston Theatre, home of Army Entertainment. Viewers’ votes count for half of the final judging scores. Performances can be viewed at www.OpRisingStar.com <http://www.OpRisingStar.com> on Tuesday and Thursday beginning at 9 a.m. (CT), each day. Viewers will have 24 hours to vote for their favorite performers after each round. The final performance and judging will be on Friday and the winner will be revealed Saturday at www.OpRisingStar.com.

HO HO HOLBROOK HOLIDAY FESTIVAL OF LIGHTS, Thursday-Saturday:
Holbrook Pond Recreation Area will glow with Christmas lights and illuminated decorations that will delight children and adults alike during the Ho Ho Holbrook Festival of Lights event from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Thursday, Friday and Saturday. The event has all the ingredients for great Family fun: roasting marshmallows and making s’mores, time for the children to share their Christmas wishes and have their photos taken with Santa and Mrs. Claus, holiday scenes that light up the campground area trail for the 15 to 20-minute hayrides, the Kiddie Train, gifts and treats for sale at the new Kringle Market, and much more. The Marne Message submission email address is USARMY Fort Stewart ID List ALL Message Request (on the global) or typed as: usarmy.stewart.3-id.list.all-message-request@mail.mil. In order to keep the Marne Message timely and concise, limit submissions to 75 words or less. Do not use military times. Attachments cannot be included, but links to more online information can. Only official installation, MWR, or command directed messages are considered. Effective November 1, 2014, the Marne Message is only sent twice weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. The deadline for the Monday Marne Message is COB Friday, and the deadline for the Thursday Marne Message is COB Wednesday.  All incoming requests for Marne Messages will still be posted to the Google Blogger (ref. Marne Messages).

Go to Milconnect at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect, login, select the "My profile" tab, select "Update and View My Profile", select the tab that corresponds to your current role in DoD (i.e. Mil, CIV, CTR, etc).  On the duty installation drop down menu select your correct duty location.  Your name will be removed from Marne Message distribution lists at the next scheduled update which is performed monthly.
