TODAY THROUGH MONDAY

(through Friday) WINN ARMY COMMUNITY HOSPITAL EXERCISE:
Winn Army Community Hospital will conduct an "All Hazards" exercise the week of April 25-29.  This is only a training event.  Please don't be alarmed by the First Responder's Vehicle Sirens. The exercise is conducted to ensure the hospital is able to provide a safe and secure environment for all our beneficiaries, staff, and visitors.

(through Friday) SPRING CLEAN UP & RECYCLING DRIVES:
Annual Spring clean-up for the Stewart-Hunter installation areas through April 29. Recycling drive at Fort Stewart, 9 a.m.-2 p.m., today in the parking lot adjacent to Bennett Sports Complex on Harmon Avenue. For more information, call 912-767-6573/8880.

(Today): HUNT THE GOOD STUFF CONCERT:
Do more of what makes you happy. Fort Stewart Main Exchange lobby from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. The ACS Resilience Team cordially invites all Soldiers, Spouses and Department of the Army Civilians, to attend the very first "Hunt the Good Stuff" Concert.  This event features the 3rd ID Rock Band, Audie Murphy's Mixed Tape, April 28. (Today) CHILD ABUSE AWARENESS WEAR BLUE CAMPAIGN: 
Please join the Army Community Service (ACS) Family Advocacy Program by wearing blue today to help raise awareness for the prevention of child abuse and neglect. This year's theme is "Child Safety to Prevent Child Neglect."  For questions please call (912) 767-2882.

(Friday-Sunday) HOT WATER OUTAGE:
The Central Energy Plant will be down for maintenance from Friday afternoon through the Sunday evening for maintenance. Barracks in the 200, 500, 600, 700 and 800 blocks will be without hot water during this outage. Hot water will remain available in all gyms during the shutdown. (Friday) PRESCRIPTION DRUG TAKE BACK DAY:
The Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield Army Substance Abuse Program, in partnership with MEDDAC, hosts a Prescription Drug Take Back Day 10-3 p.m. April 29 at the Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield commissaries.  Please bring unused, outdated and unwanted medication to dispose of them properly instead of dumping them in toilets.  Please don't bring syringes or asthmatic medications.

(Friday) TEEN LOCK-IN AT STEWART’S YOUTH ACTIVITY CENTER:
An Operation Megaphone Teen lock-in, part of April’s celebration as Month of the Military Child, will begin at 7 p.m. Friday at Fort Stewart’s Youth Activity Center, building 5655 on Mindoro Loop. The event, for registered Middle School and Teens and costs 15 per person. The activity-filled night will include bowling at Marne Bowling Center from 8-10 p.m., a talent show, volleyball, a pool tournament, creative cooking, a basketball tournament and a dance at 4 a.m. The lock-in ends at 7 a.m. Saturday. (Saturday and Sunday) ANNUAL GOLF COURSE CHAMPIONSHIP AT HUNTER:               
Hunter Golf Course club championship, starting at 7:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday, is open to all golfers. It is a 36-hole stroke play competition with flighting after the first round. Gift card prizing. Flight determined by size of field. The cost is $60 for members, active duty, retirees, and $75 for civilian guest. For more information, call 912-315-9115.

(Saturday) PARENT/CHILD GET GOLF READY PGA:
Professional John Fesperman will introduce parent/child teams to the golf swing, stance and grip at a Get Golf Ready session Saturday (April 30) from 1-2 p.m. at Taylors Creek Golf Course. Get Golf Ready, for parents and children (age 7 or older), costs $30 per team and include club rental. Limited to three teams, or six people. For more information, call 912-767-2370.

(Sunday) "THE BIG GAME" BINGO AT STEWART AND HUNTER:
“The Big Game” Sunday at Stewart/Hunter Bingo offers lots of chances to win and win big, with $32K in guaranteed prizes, $13.5K coverall, and nine $1,800 games. (Ongoing) GARRISON SUPER SAVER PROGRAM:
Civilian Employees of the Garrison - Are you interested in winning $500?  If so this program is for you!  Take a look around. Is there something you see that is wasting money?
