HUNTER FIRE WARDEN CLASS, Today:
The next HAAF fire warden’s class will be held 9 a.m., today, building 1128. All attendees are asked to bring a unit appointment letter stating they are the assigned fire warden for their unit/location with building number identified. For more information please call 912-315-2009.

ROCK TALK, Today:
Rock Talk for Advisors. Are you an FRG Advisor?  Join the ACS Staff today from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m., building 87, as we host the first "Rock Talk for Advisors" This event is designed for FRG Advisors to come together with ACS and share practices and what is going right in Family Readiness Groups.  This is a great way to return to the basics and build relationships to assist your FRGs.  For more information or to register, please call (912) 767-1257/4047/1597.

SPECIALIZED TRANSITIONING EVENT PLANNED, Today:

The Soldier & Family Assistance Center is scheduled to host Growth, Progression and Strength event from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Fort Stewart Education Center, building 100. The target audience for the event includes Warrior Transition Battalion Soldiers, their family members and caregivers. EMPLOYER DAY, Today:

BROWNBAG CANCELED, Friday:
The Family Readiness Group Brownbag scheduled for Friday is officially canceled.  The building #87 classroom will be undergoing renovations and closed for use.  A brand new state of the art classroom is coming soon.  For questions, please call FS (912) 767-1257.

ARMY FIELD BAND PERFORMANCE, Friday:
The United States Army Field Band and Soldiers’ Chorus from Washington D.C. performs at the Armstrong State University's Department of Art, Music & Theatre, 7:30 p.m. Friday for a concert in the Fine Arts Auditorium. Admission is free. Call 912-344-2801 from noon to 3 p.m., for ticketing information.

ARMY EDUCATION SERVICES UNAVAILABLE, Friday:
Army Education Services will be unavailable Friday due to the 34th Annual Commencement Exercise being held at the Main Post Chapel. ACES COLLEGE GRADUATION CEREMONY, Friday:

EXCHANGE FREE ADVANCE SCREENING, Saturday:

HAAF CIF TEMPORARY CLOSURE, Monday-Tuesday:
The HAAF Central Issue Facility will be closed Monday and Tuesday for annual inventory and will reopen with normal operations Nov. 12.  Point of contact for additional information is Mr. Josue Santiagovelez at (912) 435-0367.

FOOD HANDLER'S CLASS, Monday:
This free class will be held at Winn ACH in the Patriot Auditorium from 10-11 a.m. 00-11:00 am. Certification is good for one year. To register for this class, please submit your first and last name to richele.l.martinez.civ@mail.mil by COB Friday. Pre-registration is a REQUIREMENT in order to attend this class, and you must be on time, no-walk-ins are permitted.  This class is mandated for all those dealing with food items on FSGA/HAAF (Unit functions, organizational Days, FRG Events). 

PROMOTION POINTS FOR ACS CLASSES SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:
Notice due to conflicting information with current regulations, HQ IMCOM has asked that receiving promotion points for ACS classes be suspended for a short time. We will post the information when it resumes again. Please continue to take ACS classes and file your training certificate with your S1.  Please call (912) 767-3863 for questions.

JOIN BRITTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOL PTO, ongoing:
The PTO is very important to Brittin Elementary School. PTO stands for Parent Teacher Organization and is a nonprofit group comprised of parents, teachers, and staff dedicated to improving the educational experience of all students at Brittin Elementary School. Our goals are to encourage interaction between family and school, serve as a source of support, and work with teachers, staff, and the community at large to improve our children's educational experience. The PTO works closely with the school administration to meet this goal. If you are interested in joining, please come to Brittin and ask for Ms. Bell or call 912-368-3324.

AFAP SUBMISSIONS:
Do you have an issue that you feel needs addressed?  Do you have a potential solution?  Please consider submitting an Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) issue.  Your submission must be a Global issue that effects the entire Army.  You can submit issues on-line at the ACS portion of the Team Stewart website or look for submission boxes through-out the Installation. COMPUTER SERVICE/SUPPORT REQUESTS:
Computer users who require service and support, contact the Army Enterprise Service Desk-West (AESD-W). It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can reach the AESD at the following number: 1-866-335-ARMY (2769).
Ensure that you check some simple basic items before you call such as: Power cord, LAN cable, printer cartridge and reboot the computer. Make the call or if you are inclined you can login to the Remedy Service Request Management (SRM) Page located at https://www.itsm.army.mil. Login and then "Request Entry". Make sure you write down your Service Ticket Number. POC for this information is the Ft. Stewart Network Enterprise Center, 912-767-8009.

IF YOU HAVE PCS'D:
If you have moved and are no longer assigned to Fort Stewart or Hunter Army Airfield, follow these instructions to change your duty location. Go to Milconnect at https://www.dmdc.osd.mil/milconnect, login, select the "My profile" tab, select "Update and View My Profile", select the tab that corresponds to your current role in DoD (i.e. Mil, CIV, CTR, etc.).  On the duty installation drop down menu select your correct duty location.  Your name will be removed from Marne Message distribution lists at the next scheduled update which is performed monthly.  If you have any problems, send an email to “USARMY Ft Stewart 3 ID Mailbox Marne Message” or usarmy.stewart.3-id.list.all-message-request@mail.mil.
