(Today) DCG-SUPPORT RETREAT CEREMONY:
The 3rd ID will farewell Brig. Gen. Douglas Crissman, Deputy Commanding General-Support, during the ceremony 4 p.m. today, at Marne Garden on Fort Stewart. Brig. Gen. Crissman is departing the U.S. Army’s 3rd ID to assume the deputy commanding general position in the United Kingdom’s 3rd Infantry Division. For more information, call 912-435-9950.

(Wednesday) SAVE THE DATE/ANNUAL SPRING HISTORIC CEMETERY TOUR:
The Fort Stewart Annual Spring Historic Cemetery Tour is scheduled for Wednesday, weather permitting. However, due to the inclement weather forecast, it is advised that anyone interested in the trip call 912-435-9872/9873 beginning at noon Tuesday, to determine if the tour is still planned. If it still occurs, the trip includes tours of Poplar Head, Congressional, Smith and Smith Chapel cemeteries, along with a tour of the Mid Coast Regional Airport. Attendees may dine at the dining facility for lunch cost of $5.55, payable in advance the morning of arrival. The Army & Air Force Exchange Service is giving military families an opportunity to show Mom how much they care this year with fresh-cut Mother’s Day flowers. From Wednesday through Mother’s Day, authorized shoppers can purchase floral bouquets and roses just for Mom at the Fort Stewart Main Store and select Express stores. Two choices of Loving Mom Bouquets, each containing a dozen flowers, will be available at $9.99 each. Additionally, roses are available by the dozen, half-dozen or as singles. (Thursday) STARBASE SAVANNAH SUMMER PROGRAM REGISTRATION: 
The STARBASE program is available to rising 6th, 7th, and 8th graders in military Families, now through Thursday. Session 1: June 13-16, Robotics, 9 a.m. to Noon, Mon. - Thurs.  Sessions 2: June 20-23, Physical Science using the Engineering Design Process, 9 a.m. - Noon, Mon. - Thurs. (Thursday) HUNTER FIRE WARDEN CLASS: 
The next HAAF fire warden’s class will be held Thursday at 9 a.m. in Building 1128. All attendees are asked to bring a unit appointment letter stating they are the assigned fire warden for their unit/location with building number identified. For more information please call 315-6494.

(Friday) WE WANT YOUR BLOOD!:
The Logistics Readiness Center is hosting a blood drive on Friday from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. at building 2916 in front of the Central Issue Facility (CIF) on Fort Stewart.  The American Red Cross is currently operating on emergency supplies and desperately needs donors to meet their requirements. (May 12) EFMP SUPPORT GROUP MEETING:

(May 17) 2016 LEADERSHIP SEMINAR:
Hosted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Office, Civilian Personnel Advisory Center, Management Employee Relations and Labor Law. This one day seminar offers topics unique to Supervisors and Managers of Federal Civilian Employees. If you are a Civilian or Military Supervisor of Civilian employees and would like to learn about conflict management, employee performance issues, your role in the EEO complaint process or how to have a difficult conversation just to name a few, then this seminar is for you! (May 18-24) PMP BOOT CAMP:
The Division Engineer will host a Project Management Professional (PMP) “Boot Camp” from May 18-24. This is open to military and civilian personnel. A professional trainer will facilitate the course - designed to prepare participants for the PMP exam. Soldiers who pass the exam gain an additional skill identifier. (May 20) HINESVILLLE VA OUTPATIENT CLINIC:

(May 23) URGENT CARE PILOT:
Urgent Care Pilot starts May 23. The program authorizes TRICARE Prime Enrollees two Urgent Care visits per fiscal year (Oct 1-Sep 30) without a referral and authorization in any region.  After two Urgent Care visits, a referral from the patient's Primary Care Manager (PCM), would be required for future visits to avoid Point-of-Service (POS) deductibles and cost-shares. Follow up visits are not authorized without a referral from the PCM.

(May 24) STEWART CANDLE LIGHT VIGIL:
Stewart Candle Light Vigil will take place May 24. Please join us as we remember our fallen Heroes and honor their surviving Families. (May) FORT STEWART DINING FACILITY WEEKEND/HOLIDAY SCHEDULE:  
Dining Facilities open for Weekend/Holiday meals are Thunder Café and Spartan DFACs.  Spartan DFAC will be closed after the lunch meal on 26 May and will reopen on 31 May with the breakfast meal. Designated Weekend and Holiday Meal DFACs begin with the supper meal on Friday.  Hours are Brunch 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Supper 5-6:30 p.m.

(May) FORT STEWART DINING FACILITY OPERATING HOURS: 
Thunder Café (Bldg 3003, 1600 W. 6th Street), Marne Bistro (Bldg 726, 1902 William H. The Army Community Service (ACS) Relocation Program invites Ft. Stewart and Hunter Family Members to attend our monthly Hearts Apart Program meetings at both Ft.
