GATE 8 AND ROAD CLOSURE, Feb. 16:
Fort Stewart's Gate 8 and a segment of Veterans Parkway
will be closed Feb. 16 for power line work. Veterans Parkway will be closed
from Gate 8 to Italy Street. Gate 8 will reopen Feb. 17 at its regular time.
Fort Stewart-Hunter Army Airfield's Directorate of Public Works is conducting

VET CLINIC CLOSED, Feb. 16:
The Veterinary Clinic will be closed Feb. 16 for
President's Day, and is closed for all federal holidays. In addition, the clinic closes early the last
day of the month for inventory. If you are looking for a lost pet please check
with us, as Animal Control brings stray and loose pets to the facility. The hours of operation are Monday through

FUEL FACILITY PROTOCOL:
Patrons of the Fort Stewart and HAAF Bulk Fuel Facilities
are to be reminded that proper fuel procedures after dispensing fuel is to
replace the nozzle back in the dispenser.
This will avoid fuel from leaking and contaminating ground

COMMUNITY NEEDS ASSESSMENT SURVEY, now open:
The 2015 Community Needs Assessment Survey (CNAS) is
open! All community members, including
Soldiers, Family Members, DA Civilians, Contractors, and Retirees are
encouraged to take the survey. The CNAS

All survey answers are anonymous and the results are used to determine

Fort Stewart's Forestry Branch is in the midst of a
controlled burn season and will be conducting controlled burns at various

The Marne Tax Centers at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army
Airfield are open through Apr. 30. Tax Preparers are available to assist
Solders, Family Members, and Retirees from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Wed &
Fri, 11 a.m. to 4 pm Thursday. Full service assistance for walk-in or drop-off
returns. Please bring military IDs and Social Security Cards, all statements of
income (i.e., W-2 forms and 1099 forms), rental property documents, mortgage

ULTIMATE FRISBEE LEAGUE SIGN-UPS AT STEWART:

want to participate in the Ultimate Frisbee League. Games begin March 16 at the
