The schedule for the Access Control Points (Gates) for
the Division Training Holiday (Friday)/Presidents' Day Holiday (Monday) is as
follows: At Fort Stewart, Gate 3 is operational 7 days a week from 5 a.m.-9
p.m. The only gate that will be closed Friday is Gate 4C and Monday is Gates 4C
and 7/7C. At Hunter Army Airfield,

(Through Friday) COMMISSARY ACCEPTING SCHOLARSHIP
APPLICATIONS:
The Scholarships for Military Children Program will be
accepting applications from eligible students through Friday at the Fort
Stewart Commissary. At least one
scholarship will be awarded at every commissary location where qualified
applications are received. Additional recipients will be selected based on a
prorated basis, so more scholarships will be awarded at those commissaries with

(Ongoing) TRICARE OTC DRUG COVERAGE CHANGES:
Effective Feb. 1, some over the counter (OTC) drugs
became covered under the TRICARE pharmacy benefit. The following OTC drugs
covered as of Feb. 1: •Cetirizine, with or without pseudoephedrine (generic
version of Zyrtec) •Loratadine tablets, with or without pseudoephedrine
(generic version of Claritin) •Levonorgestrel (Plan B one-step emergency contraceptive)
• Omeprazole (generic of Prilosec OTC) ◦Brand name Prilosec will no longer be
covered as of February 1 The change also adds coverage for allergy drugs
containing pseudoephedrine. Regular pharmacy copayments (generic copays) and
rules apply to OTC drugs, except for Levonorgestrel (Plan B contraceptive).
TRICARE only covers OTC drugs in the U.S. and territories. For questions

(Ongoing) TRICARE RESERVE SELECT NEWBORN/ADOPTED
COVERAGE:
If a TRS family has a newborn, they must submit an
application for coverage within 60 days for the baby to have coverage back to
the date of birth or adoption. The sponsor may request a waiver to this 60 day
requirement. A request to submit a new application within 120 days after

(Ongoing) NEW AUTOMATED ENTRY PROCEDURES:
The new Automated Installation Entry (AIE 2+) process
testing has begun. Once a person scans their CAC/Family Member/Retiree
identification at the gate, they will automatically be registered in the AIE
system. This will take approximately 15 seconds to complete and entry
thereafter should be 3-5 seconds. This system checks individuals for warrants,
installation revocations/debarments, criminal backgrounds, wants, and security
alerts. To save time and speed up the entry process, ID card holders may also
register in the AIE2+ at the Directorate of Emergency Services Registration
offices at Fort Stewart (building 226) and Hunter Army Airfield (building

Fort Stewart's Forestry Branch is in the midst of a
controlled burn season and will be conducting controlled burns at various
locations on the Installation each week. Motorists and pedestrians are advised

(Ongoing) ENTERPRISE EMAIL SIZE LIMITATIONS:
Per Department of the Army CIO/G6 Policy dated 16 Dec 15,
DISA has begun enforcement of the 4-gigabyte mailbox size limit for SIPR and
NIPR accounts. Once the 4GB limit is in place, mailboxes that exceed the limit
will lose functionality until the size is reduced. As a result of exceeding the
size limit, you will receive a warning notice to reduce your mailbox when it
approaches the authorized limit and you will lose the ability to send email
when the mailbox reaches its authorized limit. If you fail to take action to
reduce the size of the mailbox, you will also lose the ability to receive email
and a non-delivery notification will be received by anyone attempting to send
to your mailbox. To assist you in managing the size of your mailbox, several
resources are available with the links noted in a complete pdf of all TTPs at
https://esd-crm.csd.disa.mil/app/answers/detail/a_id/1639. Please contact your
local S6/G6 help desk for assistance in implementing any of the above TTPs. For

The intersection of Hase Road and McNeely Avenue will be
closed for approximately 120 days to construct new traffic circle. Message
boards and detour signs will be placed to direct traffic around the
construction area, please avoid this area during construction to avoid traffic

(Saturday) PIRATE ROAD RACE 5K/10K:
Armstrong Physical Therapy Club sponsors their fourth annual
Pirate Rd. Race, which begins 8 a.m. in the Student Union Bldg.at Armstrong
State University. Runners are encouraged
to dress in their best Valentine costume or as their best pirate. Awards will
be given for different age groups and best costumes. Cost of 5K is $25

(February) GBS LEADERSHIP, CITIZENSHIP PROGRAM:
During February, Sons of the American Legion, Squadron
154, is accepting resumes from two young men of active-duty military parents to
attend Georgia Boys State, GBS, a one-week summer leadership and citizenship
program. All applicants must have just
completed their junior year in high school; be a citizen or legal resident of
the U.S.; be good students, be well adjusted and show qualities of leadership
in school and their community. Candidate should send a short resume, to include
