The Marne Tax Centers at Fort Stewart and Hunter Army Airfield opened today,
Jan. 29 JAN and continues through Apr. 30. Tax Preparers will be available to
assist Solders, Family Members, and Retirees from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mon-Wed
& Fri, 11 a.m. to 4 pm Thursday. Full service assistance for walk-in or
drop-off returns. Please bring military IDs and Social Security Cards, all
statements of income (i.e., W-2 forms and 1099 forms), rental property
documents, mortgage interest statements, etc. For more information, please call

Free tickets for a performance by the Cleo Parker
Robinson Dance Ensemble are available while they last at the Hunter and Stewart
Leisure Travel offices on a first-come, first-served basis. The performance is
on Tuesday (Feb 3rd) at 7:30 p.m. in the Johnny Mercer Theatre of the Savannah
Civic Center. It is a part of the 26th annual Savannah Black Heritage Festival.

A traffic alert
has been made for McNeely Road Traffic Alert due to utility relocation work
that will take place near the intersection of McNeely Road and Hero Road from
Feb 2-6. Both inbound and outbound
lanes will be impacted on a small portion of McNeely road. Motorists are advised to use extra caution in

Marne Message timely and concise, limit submissions to 75 words or less. Do not
use military times. Attachments cannot be included, but links to more online
information can. Only official installation, MWR, or command directed messages
are considered. Effective November 1, 2014, the Marne Message is only sent twice
weekly on Mondays and Thursdays. The deadline for the Monday Marne Message is
COB Friday, and the deadline for the Thursday Marne Message is COB
Wednesday. All incoming requests for
