(Ongoing) NEW AUTOMATED ENTRY PROCEDURES:
The new Automated Installation Entry (AIE 2+) process testing has begun. Once a person scans their CAC/Family Member/Retiree identification at the gate, they will automatically be registered in the AIE system. This will take approximately 15 seconds to complete and entry thereafter should be 3-5 seconds. This system checks individuals for warrants, installation revocations/debarments, criminal backgrounds, wants, and security alerts. To save time and speed up the entry process, ID card holders may also register in the AIE2+ at the Directorate of Emergency Services Registration offices at Fort Stewart (building 226) and Hunter Army Airfield (building 1286), Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m.-4 p.m. For more information, 912-767-1883.

Fort Stewart's Forestry Branch is in the midst of a controlled burn season and will be conducting controlled burns at various locations on the Installation each week. Motorists and pedestrians are advised to use extra caution when traveling through areas that may be affected by smoke. For more information, please contact Amanda Price at 912-767-2010.

(Ongoing) ENTERPRISE EMAIL SIZE LIMITATIONS:
Per Department of the Army CIO/G6 Policy dated 16 Dec 15, DISA has begun enforcement of the 4-gigabyte mailbox size limit for SIPR and NIPR accounts. Once the 4GB limit is in place, mailboxes that exceed the limit will lose functionality until the size is reduced. As a result of exceeding the size limit, you will receive a warning notice to reduce your mailbox when it approaches the authorized limit and you will lose the ability to send email when the mailbox reaches its authorized limit. If you fail to take action to reduce the size of the mailbox, you will also lose the ability to receive email and a non-delivery notification will be received by anyone attempting to send to your mailbox. To assist you in managing the size of your mailbox, several resources are available with the links noted in a complete pdf of all TTPs at https://esd-crm.csd.disa.mil/app/answers/detail/a_id/1639. Please contact your local S6/G6 help desk for assistance in implementing any of the above TTPs. For Enterprise Email issues outside the scope of your S6/G6 help desks, please submit a trouble ticket to the Army Enterprise Service Desk (AESD) using the icon on your desktop. For more information, call 912-435-9605.
